Compliance Specialist

Collaborate across departments to identify compliance risks, support corrective actions, and promote a culture of adherence to banking laws and policies. Conduct targeted reviews of compliance, loans, deposits, and BSA functions to prepare initial observations and reports for management. Assist the Compliance Officer and BSA Officer in implementing regulatory policies, coordinating audit materials for third-party exams, and distributing information from monthly committee meetings. Provide occasional regulatory training for staff and travel to branches to ensure standardization processes. Participate in internal and external meetings, civic activities, and additional initiatives such as the Complaint Program or CRA as assigned. Maintain reliable on-site attendance, protect confidential information, and uphold the bank's vision of integrity and customer service.
