Job Summary
The Compliance Specialist at HopeSource is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external funding requirements, reviewing and verifying documentation, and collaborating with Care Navigation to support client services effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Prioritizing and completing tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames
- Effectively uses both creative and analytical thinking to find innovative solutions while maintaining compliance
- Establishing courses of action to ensure that work is completed effectively
- Defining, analyzing, and diagnosing critical components of a problem to formulate a solution
