Job Summary
Compliance Specialist A supports contract compliance with the Grants and Compliance Director, prepares monthly/quarterly/annual performance grant reports, maintains grant reporting calendars, acts as liaison with technology contractors, securely manages client files, helps evolve departmental processes, analyzes documentation to assess program effectiveness, identifies trends, answers hotlines, and performs standard clerical tasks including filing and proofreading. The role requires adaptability to changing documentation practices, data-management capabilities, ability to train others, and strong communication and confidentiality skills.
