Compliance Senior Specialist

Job Summary
Lead and develop the QA team to uphold site compliance, manage the QMS and internal audits, drive root cause investigations, oversee NPD/EPD processes across SAP and BWI, and partner with QEHS & Sustainability to drive continuous improvement and maintain key site accreditations. Requires proven experience managing Food Safety/Technical functions, QA leadership, and strong HACCP/food safety credentials; equipped to deputise for the Site Technical Manager and balance hands-on factory floor work with strategic compliance management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science, Technology, or Microbiology (ideally)
- Level 3 HACCP
- Level 3 Food Safety certifications
- Experience leading QA teams in the food industry
- Experience with GFSI accreditations and customer audits
- Experience with SAP and BWI specification systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership capable of driving cultural change
- Risk assessment and collaborative problem-solving
