Compliance Senior Associate

Job Summary
Support senior compliance staff in providing regulatory advice to business colleagues on obligations governing areas such as MiFID, CPC, and SFDR. Assist with monitoring business activities, leveraging technology to develop management information, dashboards, and KRI metrics. Review business documentation, advertisements, and marketing materials to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, while aiding in the collation of information for internal and external reporting to Committees, Boards, and Regulators. This role sits within Davy's Risk division, supporting the wider Compliance Team including the Head of Compliance. The position requires a candidate with 2-3 years of financial services experience, ideally in Risk, Compliance, or Audit, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years' financial services experience
- Ideally in a Risk, Compliance or Audit role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Curious and inquiring nature with ability to challenge collective thinking
- Strong information technology capability with a high level of competence in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and ideally Power BI
- Strong planning and organisational capabilities with ability to work to strict deadlines
- ACOI or QFA qualified or equivalent, or working towards same
- Hold, or be willing to take the QFA exams
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
