Job Summary
Conduct user research, including current state assessments, job shadowing, and requirements gathering to establish product strategy and roadmaps aligned with Compliance Engineering objectives. Rationalize user requirements across business functions, translate them into user stories for development teams, and manage sprint execution and product launches. Coordinate request prioritization and product backlog flow, sign off on functional delivery prior to production release, and monitor post-launch usage and performance. Maintain connectivity with the user community and understand impact across integrated applications.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems/Technology, or related field
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems/Technology, or related field
- one (1) year of experience in job offered or related role
- three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role
- performing product management activities across the full product lifecycle, including initial analysis and requirements gathering with users, functional design, development coordination, QA (quality assurance) testing, and production release
- driving product vision, design, and launch strategy as part of product management functions
- coordinating activities across functions to support product delivery, including applying knowledge of product management, engineering, user experience, and user research in the development and enhancement of technology products
- preparing and presenting written and verbal communications, including documentation and stakeholder updates related to product requirements and development activities
