Compliance & Safety Director

Job Summary
Develop and oversee the organization's compliance program across all clinic and ASC locations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews to coordinate readiness for accreditation surveys and inspections. Investigate compliance concerns, HIPAA incidents, and workplace safety issues while implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor changes in healthcare laws, develop organizational policies, and deliver training programs for employees and leadership. Partner with executive leadership to reduce operational risk and promote a culture of accountability. Full-time Monday–Friday role with comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k), and medical insurance.

- Knowledge of controlled substance regulations
- Knowledge of infection prevention standards
- Ability to develop and deliver compliance and safety training programs
- Ability to partner with physicians, department leaders, and executive leadership
- Ability to promote a culture of compliance and accountability
- Ability to support organizational quality improvement and risk management initiatives
- Must be available for full-time employment
- Must be based in San Antonio, TX
