Job Summary
Compliance, Quality & Risk Manager responsible for maintaining licensing, risk management (including incident management and reporting) and quality assurance for behavioral health, residential and community-based programs. Gathers, organizes, files, and maintains filings and records to ensure full program compliance; monitors expiration dates of required compliance documents and obtains updated information. Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement inspections and monitoring activities, and to detect and resolve problems; utilizes data analytics to identify compliance issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, data analytics tools, and web-based applications (Microsoft BI, Tableau, Excel); familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication to explain confidential issues and make recommendations. Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business; Human Services or related discipline
- minimum of 3 years of experience in operational compliance, project management, business controls or financial auditing
- Familiarity with regulators in human service or community-based healthcare systems
- Experience formulating, affecting, interpreting, and implementing policies and processes to ensure a strong control environment
- MS Office (SharePoint), data analytics tools, web-based applications (Microsoft BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform in-depth analyses of large datasets to identify compliance investigations
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
