Job Summary
Dual role at CorsoCare Hospice combining Clinical Compliance Manager and Quality Education Manager responsibilities. Lead clinical compliance audits, regulatory monitoring, and survey readiness; translate audit findings into practical education for clinical staff. Own hospice QAPI program lifecycle including data collection, analysis, meetings facilitation, corrective action plans, and education rollout. Collaborate with Administration, leadership, and field staff to drive quality outcomes, staff engagement, and fiscal responsibility. Requires RN license, substantial hospice experience, and knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards; focus on documentation, education, coaching, and performance improvement across multiple disciplines. Primarily remote with travel to assigned locations; strong communication, organization, and independent-work ability.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, active and in good standing
- Minimum of 6-8 years of hospice experience
- Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and accreditation standards
- Experience with medical record review, audits, or quality/compliance activities
- Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail
