Job Summary
Ensure startup and conversion plans meet compliance standards by auditing benefit analyses, plan documents, and system setups before plan launches. Research conversion plan documents to identify issues and mitigate risks with product limitations while working directly with prospective clients to align plan design features with capabilities. Draft and review benefits analyses prior to sales activation discussions and respond to a high volume of requests for resolution of compliance issues from internal sales and onboarding employees. Collaborate with Sales Activation Specialists to verify accuracy and support closing leads. Requires 10+ years of 401(k) compliance experience and QKA preference.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of 401(k) experience, particularly around compliance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- QKA preferred
