Job Summary
Manage a high-performing team to execute complaint monitoring, deep-dive assessments, and process analysis that identifies systemic compliance risks. Support the UDAAP complaints model by assigning top-scoring complaints for review, feeding results back for model retraining, and conducting quarterly reporting. Lead issues management activities including Customer Financial Issue scoring, thematic analysis, and reporting to ensure adherence to guidelines. Perform independent detective risk management, monitor targeted reviews, and facilitate annual compliance metrics refreshes and Whitepaper updates. Provide support for regulatory exams and audits across UDAP/UDAAP, complaints, and CMS areas. Complete final reviews of compliance reports to identify trends, formulate value-added recommendations, and escalate risks through proper governance channels.
Required Qualifications
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
