Compliance Program Manager

Job Summary

Develop and maintain a system-wide compliance program ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, OSHA, and Stark Law. Proactively monitor compliance risks, lead investigations into data breaches, and implement corrective actions to protect patient information and practice integrity. Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare reports on findings, and develop metrics to track the effectiveness of compliance initiatives. Deliver ongoing training to clinical and administrative teams on privacy practices, regulatory changes, and ethical behavior while fostering a culture of accountability. Assist leadership in developing the annual compliance work plan and aligning practices with organizational growth goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing practices
  • In-depth knowledge of federal/state healthcare laws
  • Experience conducting audits
