Compliance Program Lead

Lead NIST readiness assessments for consulting clients, including gap analyses, remediation planning, and control implementation guidance. Serve as the primary advisor to clients preparing for CMMC Level 2 and higher assessments, translating complex objectives into actionable recommendations. Actively participate in CMMC assessment engagements under Resilient IT's C3PAO authorization, executing objectives with impartiality and rigor while collaborating with other Certified Assessors. Join prospective client sales calls as the Compliance SME to address technical questions and build trust. Ensure all internal services align with company policies, provide training on NIST/DFARS topics, and track evolving program requirements to communicate implications to leadership and delivery teams.
