Job Summary
Compliance Practitioner to administer the Lineage Safety Program, lead audits and safety policy updates, conduct accident investigations, and ensure policy understanding across operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership and Operations on procedures, addressing safety or quality issues, maintaining up-to-date records, leading training sessions and new-hire safety orientations, and promoting a culture of safety in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years in safety compliance, knowledge of safety regulations, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to work in wide temperature ranges with PPE in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years’ related experience in safety compliance roles
- Knowledge of country’s safety regulations/standards, governing bodies, and employer obligations for work-related injuries
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit in cold storage sites or up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in dry storage sites while wearing PPE
