Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in labor compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of prevailing wage enforcement, labor regulations, and employment practices in construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance-related software like LCP Tracker
- Strong analytical abilities, independent decision-making, and effective communication with diverse teams
