Job Summary
Evaluate transaction monitoring alerts, assess underlying facts, and derive appropriate actions for cases involving KYC, merchant audits, and licensing requirements. Document decisions and lead necessary follow-up measures while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and external partners. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within existing compliance tooling. Support onboarding, service, and ticket handling in adjacent Customer Success areas as needed. This role is part-time (20–24 hours/week) and requires native German and C1 English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Compliance Operations, Risk Operations, FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC, Transaction Monitoring oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (C1)
- 20-24h/Woche
