Job Summary
Support the Bauer Media Outdoor Compliance team by overseeing core operations, including third-party due diligence and the Compliance LMS, while partnering with senior Local Compliance Officers across nine Business Units. Manage system updates, travel and gifts registers, and project documentation to maintain strong controls. Assist with monitoring, internal audits, and investigations to ensure consistent control implementation and drive responsible AI adoption within the team. Coordinate across risk areas including data privacy, economic crime, and ESG initiatives. This role requires a Paralegal background with legal research skills in data privacy or anti-bribery and corruption, plus experience with compliance systems and legal drafting.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal background (in-house/private practice) with a track record in compliance programme support and system administration
- Legal research skills in data privacy, ABC (anti-bribery & corruption), or competition law
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Admin experience with Compliance LMS, workflow tools, or contract lifecycle platforms
- Familiarity with legal documentation
- Strong legal drafting and document review skills
