Job Summary
Hybrid Compliance Operations Analyst role based in Bengaluru, India, focusing on screening HPE transactions for Global Trade compliance. Responsibilities include applying export screening rules, embargo and Restricted Party List checks, license screening, and providing subject-matter expertise to businesses; independently leading and advising on compliance processes, training teammates, maintaining audit trails in SAP/SharePoint, and using data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvements. Requires a university degree or equivalent experience, 3-6 years in supply chain/operational roles, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint, and willingness to work a rotational AMS shift with 2-3 days per week in-office collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Typically 3-6 years of experience in a supply chain function, order management and/or round the clock operational environment with strict SLA’s
- Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of supply chain processes; strong analytical and data modeling skills; familiarity with machine learning and task automation; strong written and verbal communication in English; leadership and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); project management skills; understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance; knowledge of export screening, embargo and RPL/sanctions screening; ability to collaborate with regional/global teams; willingness to work in office 2-3 days per week and rotational shift; weekend work as required; process improvement and automation awareness
