Job Summary
Manage ESG and Product Compliance Programs for Verifone Group entities while overseeing outsourced compliance and risk activities. Provide advice on regulatory items and maintain integrity risk registers and the policy house. Educate staff on best practices and coordinate annual sustainability assessments covering CSRD, TCFD, and supply chain due diligence. Ensure product compliance for the POS device portfolio including CE, UKCA, FCC, and EU regulations. Support AML, CTF, Sanctions, and Whistleblowing frameworks as required. Based in Amsterdam (Hybrid) with a minimum of four years in compliance, this role reports to the Global Compliance Director within Verifone's Global Compliance function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance
- Experience with a regulated manufacturing or hardware environment
- Governance & strategic expertise
- Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with the regulatory framework on ESG and sustainability reporting and product compliance
- Highly analytical with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, depending on the situation
- Ability to effectively train and present information to regulators and/or Verifone Group Senior Leadership
- Bachelor's degree in law, environmental science, engineering or a related discipline
- Relevant professional certification (IEMA, GRI, CDP, ACAMS or equivalent)
