Compliance Officer

Job Summary
Compliance Officer to design, oversee, and continuously improve compliance programs ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities include policy development and maintenance across departments, risk assessments, monitoring and auditing using GRC tools (Archer, ServiceNow or similar), regulatory compliance with SOX/GDPR/HIPAA/PCI-DSS, training programs, investigations, and reporting to executives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in compliance/risk, proficiency with monitoring/reporting tools, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks. Ideal candidates may hold CCEP or CIA certifications and have experience in finance, healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years in compliance, audit, or risk management
- Proficiency with compliance monitoring and reporting tools
- Knowledge of at least one regulatory framework (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Ideal: CC EP/CIA or similar
- Experience leading compliance training and building dashboards
