Job Summary
Provide expert compliance advisory for Swiss AM entities, monitoring regulatory adherence for investor protection, product governance, AML, and sanctions. Develop and maintain the compliance framework while conducting risk mapping, supporting remediation, and overseeing cross-border sales. Manage client onboarding and KYC processes, deliver training programs, and handle reporting to Management and Boards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage regulator and auditor relationships, and provide backup capacity for compliance tasks in France.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in compliance in AM environment (minimum 4-6 years)
- Strong knowledge of swiss regulatory framework (CISA, FINSA, FINIA)
- Familiar with European framework (UCITS, AIFM, MIFID)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Capacity to translate regulation into operational practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently across business lines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Location: Nyon (regular travel to Paris)
