Job Summary
Compliance Officer role supporting Chief Compliance Officer in developing and enhancing the Compliance Management Program. Responsibilities include monitoring federal/state regulations, implementing changes, conducting Fair Lending reviews, managing HMDA processes, delivering compliance training, monitoring deposit/loan processes, supporting remediation, serving as a day-to-day resource, overseeing CRA reporting, collaborating with auditors, reporting suspicious activity to BSA, maintaining regulatory expertise across CRA, Fair Lending, UDAAP, TILA-RESPA, HMDA, RESPA, Privacy, FCRA, ECOA, Flood, Funds Availability, and completing annual compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of compliance-related experience in financial services
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial services systems
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred
