Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain the bank's operational, financial, regulatory compliance, and audit frameworks. Conduct risk assessments, compliance testing, and audits to mitigate risks across all branches. Analyze internal controls, business processes, systems, and financial reports to ensure adherence to corporate policies. Identify risk factors, develop audit programs, and maintain corporate policies while utilizing standard business and audit software tools. Communicate audit objectives and results to employees at all levels, summarize findings, and prepare reports. Make recommendations for control improvements and support business process re-engineering efforts. Provide practical guidance and training across the organization and assist in special audit projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance regulations
- Two to four years related experience or equivalent
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, acute attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
