Job Summary
Contact constituents and complainants to discuss filed details, analyze issues by comparing state statutes against complaints, and advise on jurisdiction and case closure reasons. Provide resources or referrals as appropriate, then send written correspondence once approved by a supervisor. Close cases by adding appropriate codes, activities, and statutes in Versa, and document all actions in the OnBase system. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working with the public in a professional environment. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required, with a bachelor's degree, Versa, and OnBase experience highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English
- High school diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication with the public
- Ability to read and interrupt Florida State Statues
- 3 Years Experience working with the public in a professional work environment
- 1 Years Experience working with the public and analyzing complaints
