Job Summary
Develop and administer compliance programs to ensure operations meet federal and state regulatory requirements. Perform reviews of credit union operations, interpret regulatory matters, and disseminate information to staff and senior management. Create and monitor training programs while assisting auditors, examiners, and vendors in their reviews. Respond to subpoenas, manage risk exposure evaluations, and support the enterprise risk management program. Work Monday through Saturday with flexibility for additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial institution regulations
- Experience in writing policies, manuals and procedures
- Requires the development, preparation, and monitoring of budgets
- Able to interpret regulations and laws and disseminate information
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills

- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry-out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving variables
- Able to perform basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using a calculator
- Able to write complex sentences using normal word order with present and past tenses, as well as a command of the English vocabulary
- Must be able to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
