Job Summary
Conduct accountability checks, random inspections, and periodic drug testing for residents and clients. Manage daily operations including duty roster assignments, medication monitoring, and incident reporting. Handle emergency situations, provide crisis intervention, and oversee the safe transition of up to 90 individuals in the Pre-Release Center. Perform required travel across three facilities as necessary. Work non-exempt hours with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must meet all basic criteria of a Compliance Officer
- Basic understanding in techniques of interpersonal relations with ability to establish, understand and be sensitive to resident needs
- Skills and experience working with the incarcerated and in re-entry work
- Able to lead others in the performance of assigned duties
- Ability to learn, understand and enforce security procedures, rules and policies
- Follow instructions
- Problem solve
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Good organizational and time management skills
