Compliance Monitoring Manager

Job Summary
Lead regular compliance monitoring in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, identifying procedural gaps and conducting "second-line" testing to ensure alignment with FCA requirements. Manage the end-to-end execution of the monitoring framework by overseeing findings, recommended actions, and management responses, while tracking progress against agreed timescales and action owners. Drive continuous improvement by proposing remedial actions, escalating outstanding issues to senior leadership, and updating the plan to reflect changes in the regulatory landscape. Implement a best-in-class approach by leveraging processes from additional Trading 212 legal entities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years compliance monitoring experience within financial services
- Broad understanding of the FCA rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- A drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
