Compliance Monitoring Manager

Conduct quality reviews and complex monitoring assessments to support the delivery of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan. Manage team performance, compile monitoring plans and reports, and interpret legislation to assist business units with practical implementation. Escalate compliance risks and incidents promptly while advising management on systems, policies, and controls. Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and participate in training initiatives to foster a culture of compliance. Engage stakeholders to identify key risks for the Insure Pillar and implement governance procedures based on audit findings.
