Job Summary
Compliance Manager responsible for supporting Zip’s US compliance program across BNPL, lending, and payments. You will partner with Legal, Product, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure products, processes, and customer experiences align with regulatory requirements while enabling innovation and business growth. Core duties include guiding day-to-day compliance for BNPL and consumer-financial-services initiatives, developing and enhancing the US CMS, conducting compliance reviews of marketing materials and disclosures, monitoring regulatory developments, supporting SEC/public company obligations, issue remediation tracking, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve workflows while maintaining governance. Requires 5+ years in fintech/compliance, strong knowledge of US consumer financial regulations (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, EFTA), experience with governance and disclosures, and a Bachelor’s degree; JD or related certifications preferred. Salary range $92,000-$125,000 with location-dependent compensation; visa sponsorship not available; at-will employment.
