Job Summary
Compliance Manager responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day compliance program, developing policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, overseeing monitoring and auditing activities, designing and delivering training for employees and leadership, conducting investigations, and preparing reports for senior leadership and governing bodies. Requires leading cross-functional efforts to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, with emphasis on healthcare compliance, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or similar certification required
- 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (healthcare, financial, or industry-specific)
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
