Job Summary
Conduct internal and external audits, coordinate regulatory and customer inspections, and lead responses to audit observations. Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to ensure timely implementation and maintain inspection readiness across operations. Work closely with Quality, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify compliance risks and drive continuous improvement of quality systems. Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards, including strict cleanroom protocols regarding hair products, jewelry, and exposed piercings. Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives and serve as the site compliance representative during regulatory inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry preferred
