Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance across social housing properties; oversee safety programmes (gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene/Legionella, asbestos, lift safety); manage risk, oversee audits, and maintain compliance records; produce reports for senior management and the board; manage external contractors and ensure staff training, policy development, and adherence to housing legislation and safety standards.
