Job Summary
Investigate trade surveillance alerts and suspicious trading behavior while leading market surveillance projects and system enhancements. Liaise with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and internal stakeholders to handle inquiries from a trade surveillance perspective. Develop AML/CFT policies and procedures, collaborating with the technical team to strengthen governance frameworks. Requires at least three years of compliance experience, proficiency in tools like Nasdaq SmartsBroker or Solidus Labs, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Fluent in Cantonese is a plus. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working in compliance and trade surveillance functions
- Great understanding of market surveillance tools (e.g Nasdaq SmartsBroker, Solidus Labs, Eventus)
- Team player, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, and Mandarin
