Job Summary
Develop and maintain systems to ensure clearances, suitabilities, and federal background investigations are processed timely for the contract portfolio. Review and validate new hire personnel compliance packages for completeness before authorization, while overseeing incumbent records for ongoing certification, suitability, clearance, medical, and drug testing requirements. Administer personnel compliance data in TAMS, WinTeam, and Smartsheet dashboards to provide real-time visibility for leadership. Troubleshoot issues with federal investigators and coordinate corrective actions across recruiting, training, and contract management teams. Monitor compliance trends, identify systemic risks, and generate regular status reports using Domo business intelligence tools.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- High School diploma with a minimum of four (4) years of government contracting compliance experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of personnel and program management experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of government contracting experience
- Experience reading, understanding, and implementing contracts and contract provisions
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
- Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in, or capable of quickly learning, systems and tools used to support personnel compliance, including but not limited to: Training Academy Management System (TAMS), WinTeam, Smartsheet, Domo, Microsoft Office Suite, Other Government or client-specific personnel compliance portals
