Compliance Manager -LIHTC

Job Summary
Oversee regulatory compliance for in-house LIHTC and affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, HTF, and SRN; develop and monitor income/rental guidelines, utility allowances, and set-asides; manage internal fidelity audits, site monitoring, and reporting to investors and lenders; build relationships with agencies, housing authorities, and stakeholders; assist asset/management with software setup for new acquisitions; ensure training and policy updates for program compliance and fair housing across sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency or affordable programming related to real estate management
- Experience in the affordable housing industry, including LIHTC, HOME, HTF programs
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing affordable housing and fair housing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Acute attention to detail
- Experience with Property Management Software
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
