Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Lead compliance oversight for outsourcing, ICT security, safeguarding of customer funds, and EMI license adherence. Manage the outsourcing register, serve as the DORA third-party risk management contact for Procurement, and coordinate regulatory reviews with timely follow-up. Handle regulatory notifications and reports to EFSA, conduct risk assessments for new products or process changes, and provide compliance training. Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Procurement, and Privacy teams to ensure a unified approach while monitoring regulatory developments. This role requires a degree in Law or Business Administration with experience in financial services compliance, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Estonian. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in compliance roles within regulated financial services
- Fluent in English and Estonian (both written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with regulators
