Compliance Manager (Group)

Group-level compliance leadership role focusing on coordination, guidance, consolidation, and reporting to support the group-wide compliance framework across jurisdictions. Responsibilities include refreshing group policies and standards, providing second-line interpretation to regional teams, maintaining regulatory obligations mapping, coordinating regulatory engagement inputs, tracking remediation and action status, producing consolidated management reporting packs, and supporting governance forums. Requires strong experience in regulatory expectations across multiple jurisdictions, familiarity with anti-money laundering/financial crime compliance, and ability to coordinate across regions and functions. Senior Manager within the second line of defense with no direct ownership of regulatory relationships or policy design.
