Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance in legal, ethical, environmental, health and safety matters; implement and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001); ensure compliance with NOMs, environmental, safety, and labor laws; lead internal and external audits (STPS, SEMARNAT, SAT, AEO); manage risk prevention, waste management, occupational health, and emergency response programs; ensure compliance with customs, tariff, and documentation requirements for imports and exports; administer IMMEX, PROSEC, and AEO programs, as well as platforms such as VUCEM and Annex 24; monitor regulatory changes and train personnel on compliance and safety; coordinate key performance indicators (accidents, waste, legal and tax compliance).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS or International Trade
- Knowledge of customs, environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene laws
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience with audits, regulatory procedures, and official platforms
