Job Summary
Lead Compliance Manager to deliver the annual compliance plan within the Compliance Function. Report to the Deputy Head of Compliance and contribute to new business initiatives as part of a wider compliance team. Operate under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) with a Duty of Responsibility, upholding honesty, integrity, due skill and care, cooperating with the Central Bank, and acting in customers’ best interests while ensuring fair and professional conduct, and compliance with market conduct and trading venue rules.
