Compliance Manager (AU Telco)

Lead and oversee Yomojo’s end-to-end compliance, regulatory, and complaints management framework; develop and implement compliance policies and controls; conduct regulatory audits and gap assessments; manage risk registers and governance for product launches (e.g., NBN, MVNO); provide advisory support to the CEO and leadership; own end-to-end complaints handling with regulators; design and deliver mandatory compliance training; ensure policies and documentation are current and auditable; engage with regulators and industry bodies to monitor developments and ensure timely regulatory reporting; oversee onboarding and ongoing management of corporate accounts with a focus on privacy and compliance.
