Job Summary
Observe all departments for adherence to SOPs and internal controls, then conduct comprehensive audits of operations, promotional documentation, and transactional records to identify control weaknesses and compliance gaps. Assist with Title 31/AML monitoring including SARs, MTLs, and CTRs, while supporting all licensing aspects for charity partners, gaming venues, and facility permits. Review reports against regulatory LOTs and RSAs to ensure adherence, draft audit responses, and build relationships with donors and partners. Adapt daily between office and casino floor settings to maintain focus on revolving priorities while traveling between properties. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and assist with correcting operational risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the Casino Industry in finance, gaming and/or cage
- 2+ years of experience in audit, risk management, accounting, gaming operations or a regulated industry
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret regulations and apply operationally
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new platforms and CMS software
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NH Gaming License and Badge
- Ability to adapt from an office setting to casino floor setting within the same workday
- Ability to maintain focus on revolving priorities, attention to detail, ability to work independently or within a team structure
- Ability to walk the gaming floor, observe, mental audits and travel between properties as needed
