Compliance Investigations Officer - Remote based in the US

Investigate compliance-related allegations reported through the Ethics Action Line, Compliance Officer, Privacy Investigation Officer, Law Department, and other sources. Lead investigations by conducting interviews, standardizing resolution plans, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with the Compliance Officer, Facility Leadership, Privacy Investigations Officer, and Human Resources to recommend corrective or disciplinary actions. Conduct close-out meetings with department leads and stakeholders, including complainants and interviewees, while maintaining all documentation requirements within Compliance 360.
