Compliance Inspector

Job Summary
The Compliance Inspector conducts inspections and investigations related to Coin Operated Amusement Machines (COAM) laws for the Georgia Lottery Corporation. Responsibilities include inspecting licenses, records, and equipment at various locations, documenting and reporting findings, issuing citations, conducting witness interviews, and presenting findings in administrative and court hearings. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant investigative experience, including knowledge of civil liability and evidence handling. A valid Georgia driver’s license is required. Preference is given to those with experience in gaming or COAM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Political Science or similar education in Law Enforcement preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of investigative, criminal process, civil liability, evidence handling, and preparation for prosecution or related experience required
- Must have a valid state of Georgia driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
