Compliance Inspecteur (SNA)

Conduct compliance inspections to verify organizations' adherence to SNA standards and relevant legislation by requesting dossiers, auditing payroll and financial administration, and evaluating data accuracy. Engage directly with clients during site visits or remote assessments, formulate targeted inquiries, and translate complex findings into clear conclusions. Conclude each inspection by reporting deviations professionally and manage a dynamic schedule involving varied locations across the Netherlands, including on-site work, home office, or the Geldermalsen office. Receive intensive onboarding with mentorship and training during the first months to build responsibility and independence within a supportive team structure.
