Job Summary
Compliance & Finance Associate will work with the finance team and compliance consultants to track and process all campaign contributions, assist with document creation and event support, and communicate with donors. The role supports FEC-compliance efforts, maintains campaign databases, checks contribution PO Boxes, and participates in other finance programs such as call time, in-state, and national fundraising. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with strong Excel skills and reliable transportation. The position is full-time and based in Phoenix, AZ, with schedule variability including evenings and weekends during the election cycle.
Required Qualifications
