Compliance Ethics Counsel

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support to legal and business teams on Accenture's Ethics & Compliance program, covering anticorruption, anti-money laundering, data privacy, trade compliance, government compliance, and competition law. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, review contracts and documents, and address questions from business and leadership teams. Manage process improvements, draft checklists, and facilitate training initiatives across Accenture to spread E&C awareness among business and regional stakeholders. Escalate recognized issues to E&C Leadership and ensure compliance with internal policies and global regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience at law firms or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Experience in generic legal in-house matters, including but not limited to risk identification and mitigation, compliances, contracts, legal research, etc.
- Experience in tools & databases
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
