Compliance Engineering Manager

Oversee and drive engineering statutory compliance across the site, including planning, coordination and verification of statutory inspections, maintenance regimes, certification and remedial actions to ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance. Lead planned preventative, statutory and reactive maintenance for site services, security and access systems, buildings and grounds, lifting equipment and related infrastructure. Act as Site Lead for Engineering Compliance topics (Noise, Dust, Emergency Lighting, Legionella, PSSR, LEV, Racking, LOLER and Fire Alarm Systems) and maintain audit-ready documentation and statutory registers. Ensure governance of compliance risks, safety procedures, waste management and environmental controls, and manage budgets for asset integrity and operational reliability. Deputise for the Engineering Manager on the Site Leadership Team and provide 24/7 support arrangements. Typical background includes an HNC/D or BA/BSc in Facilities Management or Engineering, with IOSH/NEBOSH Health and Safety qualifications, SAP PM experience, and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
