Job Summary
Architect and design robust, scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React or Angular while actively writing code and reviewing implementations. Lead ETL pipeline engineering with Spring Batch, optimize database schemas across relational and non-relational systems, and integrate Generative AI and large language models to automate workflows. Establish coding standards and security best practices, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment with product and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in full-stack engineering, architecture, or related roles
- strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications
- implementing large-scale, enterprise-level data solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
- Deep hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Deep proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Batch
- Must understand job partitioning, multi-threaded steps, and fault-tolerance policies (skip/retry)
- Strong front-end development experience using React or Angular
- Solid Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, machine learning, and LLM-based solutions
- practical use of AI APIs, prompt-driven workflows, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled application features
- Strong architecture and design background
- knowledge of microservices, API design, secure coding, and distributed systems patterns
- Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures and messaging-based integrations using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Advanced SQL and database skills
- schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning across SQL and NoSQL technologies
