Compliance Data Analytics and Tool Specialist

Job Summary
Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets through data gathering, cleaning, validation, and structured lookups to ensure accuracy for analysis and reporting. Conduct structured data analysis using Excel and Power BI to develop insightful reports and dashboards. Manage user access across Dragonfly, KYBP, and EQS Integrity tools by creating, modifying, and deactivating users based on predefined role concepts. Centralize ticket intake, classify requests, and coordinate escalations with IT and the Compliance Program team while maintaining transparency on resolution timelines. Identify complex cases and policy deviations for escalation. Work with international teams on process improvements and KPI development, facilitating meetings to share best practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Risk & Compliance, with 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, IT support, or system administration. Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Information Systems/IT, Risk & Compliance or comparable qualification
- 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst, IT support or system administration
- Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel
- Advanced knowledge in interacting with international users
- Proficient in using Office 365 applications
- Willing to work mid‐shift schedule, depending on business needs
- Hybrid work setup
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in engaging with Compliance-related topics is desirable
- Functional experience in user and access management processes, handling tickets/incidents and service requests is a plus
- Able to facilitate team meetings to share best practices, lead process improvement initiative
- Experience in working with international teams
