Job Summary
Conduct compliance reviews and audits, draft policies and training materials, and review vendor agreements. Provide legal and regulatory guidance on HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state healthcare requirements by translating complex regulations into actionable policies and systems. Partner across teams to assess regulatory risks, advise on compliance for new products and workflows, and embed compliance directly into operational processes. Support investigations and monitor regulatory developments. This role reports to the Director of Compliance and requires a J.D. with active bar admission and 3–6 years of healthcare compliance experience.
Required Qualifications
- J.D.
- active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
- 3–6 years of experience in compliance or regulatory legal practice
- experience in healthcare
